概述

mOrange is extremely bright orange fluorescent protein monomers which can be used as tags or reporters. mOrange fluorescent proteins is mutants derived from mRFP1, a monomeric mutant of DsRed, which was developed in Dr. Roger Tsien’s lab by directed mutagenesis. mOrange excitation and emission maxima are 548 and 562 nm, respectively.
